Pero tambi\u00e9n aparecen dudas sobre otros compuestos que hemos o\u00eddo pero <strong>no sabemos si son buenos, malos o si es mejor eliminarlos de nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, como ocurre con el gluten o la lactosa. Respecto a este \u00faltimo, tengo otra entrada en el blog donde explico que es la intolerancia a la lactosa y qu\u00e9 sucede si una persona no intolerante deja de consumirla. En la publicaci\u00f3n de hoy nos centraremos en el gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70);margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70)\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:26px\"><strong>Qu\u00e9 es el gluten<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-012c6bd7 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El gluten es un <strong>conjunto de prote\u00ednas<\/strong> que se encuentra en muchos cereales como el trigo, el centeno y la cebada. Este tipo de prote\u00ednas son saludables y <strong>no causa ning\u00fan tipo de problema en personas sanas<\/strong>. Por ello, si no has sido diagnosticado celiaqu\u00eda, sensibilidad al gluten no celiaca o alergia, se puede consumir cereales con gluten sin ning\u00fan problema. Repito, en personas sanas, no van a causar ning\u00fan tipo de molestia abdominal, s\u00edntoma digestivo y, mucho menos, van a afectar a tu peso corporal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el caso de las personas con <strong>celiaqu\u00eda<\/strong>, se produce una reacci\u00f3n autoinmune sobre las prote\u00ednas del gluten que causa una lesi\u00f3n grave sobre el tejido del intestino, por lo que deber\u00e1n eliminar el gluten de su alimentaci\u00f3n. Los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s frecuentes de la enfermedad cel\u00edaca son: gases, hinchaz\u00f3n abdominal, diarrea, ardor estomacal, cansancio o fatiga cr\u00f3nica y anemias de repetici\u00f3n (pueden variar seg\u00fan la edad). Adem\u00e1s, la celiaqu\u00eda tiene un componente gen\u00e9tico muy importante. Por lo que si tienes la mayor\u00eda de los s\u00edntomas mencionados antes y en tienes alg\u00fan familiar diagnosticado de celiaqu\u00eda, te recomiendo que vayas al m\u00e9dico y le traslades esta informaci\u00f3n para que te realicen las pruebas pertinentes. Si por el contrario, los s\u00edntomas que tienes son leves, como una simple molestia abdominal o sensaci\u00f3n de hinchaz\u00f3n, es poco probable que presentes esta patolog\u00eda. Pensemos un momento qu\u00e9 alimentos tienen gluten: el pan, la pasta, la boller\u00eda, la reposter\u00eda, muchos alimentos ultraprocesados a base de harinas&#8230; En resumen, muchos alimentos que no son saludables o que incluyen ingredientes de mala calidad. Por lo tanto, es normal que al eliminar ciertos alimentos con gluten notes una mejor\u00eda, con mejores digestiones y m\u00e1s ligero. Pero <strong>no es por el gluten, sino por haber reducido el consumo de az\u00facares, grasas de mala calidad, aditivos, edulcorantes y harinas refinadas.<\/strong> Es decir, por haber conseguido que tu alimentaci\u00f3n sea m\u00e1s saludable.<strong> \u00a1El gluten no ha tenido nada que ver!<\/strong> Asique no le tengas miedo al gluten, es una prote\u00edna que puede formar parte de una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable sin causar ning\u00fan tipo de problema, siempre que se encuentre en alimentos adecuados como pan y pasta integrales.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfHas escuchado que tienes que dejar de comer gluten para que tu alimentaci\u00f3n sea m\u00e1s sana?
